roller coaster ride

dear life,
i would appreciate if you could quit making me feel all these different emotions so quickly, because as much as i do love roller coasters, if it lasts too long it makes me vomit.
but until things get figured out i'll just have to live with everything...

on an even greater note i got an email from my lady in new york saying she found a photog for me to meet when i go out in march, she looks really great and i think it would be an awesome experience to work with her! and her name is really fun, check her out!

disco skating

probably we went 80's roller skating, and it was pretty funny. i'll be honest though, it was pretty hard to wear such an atrocious outfit. and who does a snowball on a saturday disco night? lame.

r: dear steve,
i was thinking about picking up some food in about an hour and i was wondering if you wanted to come with me?

s: Hahaha, did you say Dear Steve? Man, I would but I’m not a supervisor anymore so I can’t leave whenever I want. My break is from 3:30 to 4. Where are you goin’?

r: uh yes i always preface with dear…what did you do to get demoted?? i was thinking arbys or wendys i could grab something for you or i could wait till i get back from class around 3:30…

s: You’re good, I’m okay for a while. I usually just keep it cheap and hit up Walmart and get noodles and a sandwich. THANKS for the thought though, that’s TOOOOO nice of you.

r: alright but don’t be surprised if a little treat comes your way.

utilizing the snowy saturday

sometimes we like to utilize the snowy weather and go sledding. we went to fish park and sledded to our hearts content, gabby even went all by herself and i went off a huge jump to prove to my mom that i could do it and not break my tailbone. instead i jolted my whole body and my heart hurt, not a great idea ;) but it was a great way to spend a saturday.

dear jess.

today i may have done one of the hardest things i have had to do in a long time.
i knowingly said goodbye to my you until march. it was ridiculously hard,
as i drove away from einstein bro's bagel at 8 am knowing i wouldn't see you
for several months i kind of cried a lot. so much that i was embarrassed to
go into work because my make up was askew. i even missed you so much
that i called you when we parted ways in our cars, you got on the free way
and i went off to work. it was a really rough way to start the day saying goodbye
to someone you love so much. so j, i miss you but i am so excited for your
adventure in new york. please do not forget me, and besides i guess march
isn't that far away....

maybe i decided

last year i might have decided to be more spontaneous and flexible as a resolution. and maybe i decided on monday that i should drive to st. george for a surprise visit to jess. we had to visit the cake parlor 27 main in st george before she leaves me. it was so adorable inside and really fun to eat cupcakes and talk with jess.

i was in love with the place, the pupcake, and my company.

i stayed until wednesday, so on tuesday we probably decided to go to vegas and window shop. and than we also probably decided to ride the new york new york roller coaster, even though i knew it would make me ill. it did make my head spin but was really fun. we also ate some in'n out and of course played wii with jess's fam. overall spontaneity rocks, thanks deal fam for the fun especially j.

but i first needed to say i finished my last undergrad fall semester.
finals were crazy but they are over.
got 5 of my 6 grades.

and until january 7th i will be reading 'east of eden' and 'the shack'

i just found out that i got accepted to the avc department trip in march to new york city.

and than its free and easy until january 7th, well i intend to do some reading at that time, reread twilight and read east of eden.
