happy national doughnut day

today ventured through the rain to lower east side to the new york doughnut plant...i tried vanilla bean and carrot cake and oh my so yummy! can't wait for another visit to try some other ones like jelly filling and peanut butter frosting/creme brulee/ coconut icing/raspberry cake doughnut/etc.
