one year

ha I swear I use any excuse possible to celebrate an anniversary...1 year ago on Saturday was our first date. to celebrate I took Forrest to Texas roadhouse we had dinner and got ice cream cone before he went to work. thinking back I remembered our first date & how adorable forb was, he won my heart over that first night grabbing my hand to keep me warm...thinking about it I still get giddy every time he grabs my hand :)

I'm so indecisive I need some advice! I adore this buttercup color but need to know if it's better to get a colored one or a more neutral one. whats your opinion?

the little details that's what i'm all about.

ski day

went skiing with mama gillette, brady, & forb. first time in at least 10 years. started out super sketchy but i had so much fun. I'm very grateful that forrest is so patient but pushes me because be knows I can :) thanks mama gillette for the lessons and my honey for helping me get back up every time I fell. and for being the most attractive man skiing backwards I've ever seen...seriously so attractive!!

I love roadtrips...when I test drove my car i may have tested out the back seat to deem it roadtrip worthy.

it's a love thing

well not much to say that you don't already know...i could rave about the boy & how i'm the luckiest because he is my valentine or how perfect he is for me. but i know you all already know how much i adore him because it isn't just on valentines that he makes me feel special or that i am gushy about us being love birds.

that being said, on valentines day he really surprised me & set up a fancy dinner {he brought in the trees, the chandelier, the table, everything}.

it was perfection.

we had dinner & watched a movie of my choice.

nothing superbly different than a normal night for us.

& guess what...i wouldn't change a thing, because everynight with him really is bliss.
